Project Manager Role

As Project Manager, you will deliver a wide-range of digital solutions from 3D graphics, studio automation, sports analysis to media asset management. You will participate in the sales phase as pre-sales expert and manage the entire project life cycle.

The Project Manager has the overall commercial accountability for projects and for successfully delivering projects within time, quality and cost. You are also responsible for customer satisfaction and revenue goals within your project portfolio.

 The position requires extraordinary coordination skills, flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes and exceptions. You are an excellent communicator and possess the ability to drive collaborative discussions and decisions with all key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management competences, able to understand customer needs, and knows how to balance business macro-vision and details within multiple projects running in parallel. You are comfortable interacting with customers, senior executives and technical staff.

As a Project Manager, you are also expected to mentor other project team members, improve processes and working methods and collect and share enhanced knowledge through lessons learned.


  • Responsible for the overall project planning, controlling and execution by identifying work packages, estimating resources/costs and controlling the project scope.
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled individuals and cross-functional teams who are responsible for business analysis and IT solutions.
  • Facilitate decision making on project priorities ensuring these priorities are communicated to all affected teams and management.
  • Facilitates among the Professional Services (PS) EMEA stakeholders and organizational leadership a consensus around the mission and vision of the PS EMEA and to foster a project-management- oriented culture and mind-set
  • Supports the implementation of project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines and standards in order to establish a stable framework that supports all project teams and stakeholders to improve the probability of successful project delivery
  • Facilitates the agreed-upon process that develops plans and prioritization by leadership
  • Provides ongoing coaching and mentoring to junior managers
  • Builds and maintains relationships with leadership and key stakeholders, and acts as a trusted advisor
  • Regularly reviews and evaluates opportunities to improve the project management best practices in order to achieve higher maturity in PPM


  • Experience with one or more project management methodologies (for example, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2 and agile)
  • Program management skills and experience, plus knowledge of project planning tools with evidence of practical application (which is highly desirable)
  • A distinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills (This is a highly visible position with substantial impact.)
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills in an environment where resources may not be in direct control of this role
  • Analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills
  • Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units
  • Understanding of current and emerging technologies and how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital business, and how they may be applied to the enterprise to drive digital business
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic resource plan
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain IT concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the PMO staff


  • 5 years' experience in Project Management and PMO 
  • Knowledge of SaaS, mobile, digitalisation, transformation and change management
  • Experience managing and building multicultural and multi-interdisciplinary teams
  • Self-motivated decision maker with strong delivery focus and ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to work and influence at all levels
  • Ability to work in an international environment. Able and willing to travel as required.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, building strong and valid relationships with all the functions in the organization.
  • Driving for continuous improvement in the job area
  • Quick learner with strong ability to pick up new processes and tools
  • Ability to prioritise and be efficient in a high-pressure environment
  • English is a must (interviews will be in English)
  • Additional languages like Spanish, French (depending your location) and Italian are a nice to have.
