To strengthen our software engineering team, we have an immediate opening for a skilled and team-oriented software developer.

You will be driving user experience innovations for our tools for broadcasters around the world. You are genuinely passionate about software development and creating great user experiences. You love the challenge of difficult problems and take pride in ownership of your work. Through what you'll be creating, you'll make the work days better for TV anchors, journalists, editors, producers, operators, video editors and graphics artists around the world.

You will be working closely with the product owner and other team members, not only developing features yourself, but also doing pair programming, code reviews, and implementing tests of all kinds.

 

Required skills

You need to have good knowledge of designing and implementing new features for web and/or desktop applications, and maintain existing features.

  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Experience with MVVM/MVC/MVP design concepts
  • Experience with Frontend development with frameworks such as WPF/XAML, GWT, AngularJS, or similar
  • Experience with developing and maintaining features with unit testing
  • Good understanding of OOP, REST, Design Patterns, Code Smells
  • Experience with C#/Java

Desired skills

  • Experience with Java/C#, C++ and/or Javascript
  • Experience with event driven architecture
  • Experience with TDD and/or BDD
  • Experience with Prism/Spring
  • Experience with writing UI tests using Microsoft UI Automation framework/Selenium
