To strengthen our software engineering team, we have an immediate opening for a skilled and team-oriented software tester.

 

Who are you?

You are a skillful test engineer that always combines quality and performance when doing your job. But you also want to contribute to a product that is used by many people, a product that looks great and is great to use. You are a team player and will be solving the problems together with your team.

 

What will you do?

You will be developing, executing and maintaining both manual and automated test plans to ensure that our products are fit for its purpose and meet customer expectations. You will be reporting and update tickets documenting discovered defects in our bug tracking system. We use Jira to structure our work and Scrum is used to organize the work in sprints with demos for the product owner when a feature is done.

 

Your Qualifications

  • Computer Science degree or similar
  • A tester’s mindset, ability to design and execute tests that effectively uncover bugs and problem areas and strong debugging skills
  • Hands-on experience with the preparation of test plans, test cases and test scripts
  • Experience with software automation test tools
  • Ability to work in a cross platform development environment, consisting of primarily Microsoft Windows with some Mac OS X and Linux
  • Ability to work both independently and in cooperation with developers and other testers
  • Fluency in English, excellent communication skills and collaborative team player
