Staff Accountant

Vizrt is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Staff Accountant to join our growing company. 

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate the timely and accurate distribution of invoices, application of payments, and ensure collections are received within terms.
  • Facilitate the processing and payment of expenses.
  • Process T&E for reimbursement.
  • Verify discrepancies if client’s billing issues arise and resolve timely.
  • Makes sure quotation and purchase order are matched. Any discrepancies should be resolved in coordination with the respective sales manager.
  • Participate in closes, audits, and other assigned accounting functions.
  • Drive efficiency of processes to support a scaling business.
  • Other special projects that will be assigned when needed.
  • Work closely with Senior Finance Managers.


What you bring to the table 

  • Preferably BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration  
  • Results driven individual who is motivated and results driven.
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other ERP workflows.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
