Inside Sales Manager EMEA

Vizrt is looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Manager to join our EMEA sales team. The ideal candidate is an experienced & technical Inside Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling software solutions within the digital industry or media landscape. From overseeing sales personnel to setting sales targets, monitor success and produce reports and forecasts, the primary role of the Inside Sales Manager will be to ensure the success of the company‚Äôs EMEA inside sales team hitting its call metrics and revenue goals. The Inside Sales Manager is key in driving excellent performance and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales Manager and Executive team to determine Vizrt EMEA Sales revenue expectations and goals
  • Build, motivate and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations
  • Determine Inside Sales team performance expectations and key KPIs
  • Understand industry landscapes and trends, using this information to forecast and shift tactical budgets and sales strategy
  • Coach team members to excel at opportunity management and forecasting accuracy to successfully plan and prioritize weekly, monthly and quarterly engagements
  • Ensure team members are well versed in modern sales and communications tools & techniques to effectively reach, sell to and manage Vizrt customers

Desired skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as Inside Sales Manager in software industry, media industry, telecom or similar
  • Experienced in developing new business, identifying and selling to customer needs utilizing a consultative sales approach
  • Experience working through a Sales / Marketing funnel
  • Preferably experienced in working with supporting organisations like pre-sales and professional services
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ambitious, learn agile, self-driven and with a competitive mind-set
  • In-depth understanding of the sales Administration
  • Hands on experience with CRM Software & proficient with business intelligence platforms and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management

You will be reporting to the director of sales in EMEA.

International travelling might be required from time to time, visiting our European Sales Headquarter in Austria.
