Key Account Manager - UK & Ireland

Vizrt is looking for an ambitious Key Account (Sales) Manager, to join our team in London. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical Sales Manager with a successful track record selling digital media and/or broadcast software solutions.

Vizrt is on a growth trajectory in the exciting and changing media industry. To further fuel our growth a vital part of our strategy is to add to our high-performing UK & Ireland sales team. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical Key Account Manager with a successful track record establishing a new customer base for media products in the broadcast and digital industry while retaining and very strong in relationship for sales achievement purpose with our major customer. The Key Account Manager has the primary responsibility for generating new opportunities and for bringing them to closure. 

The Key Account Manager will work closely together with senior sales management and product management growing Vizrt's marketshare and share of wallet. 

The ideal candidate is a quick self-starter, an agile learner with a strong business acumen and a keen eye for new market opportunities


  • Managing an established portfolio of key accounts.
  • Proactively identifying, locating, and qualifying new business opportunities with the account (“Expand the footprint”)
  • Act as a solutions expert in analysing customer needs, clarifying expectations, and successfully communicating and selling Vizrt product solutions.
  • Diligently following up and managing extensive customer contact including presentations, demonstrations, group meetings, business reviews and sales calls
  • Managing the sales process from lead identification through to close
  • In a structured manner, coordinating and utilising internal resources such as product managers, pre-sales, services and marketing teams to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue potential. 

Required skills:

  • 8+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to B2B customers in the media industry, telecom or similar
  • Experienced in developing new business opportunities with existing accounts, identifying and selling to customer needs utilizing a consultative sales approach
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment
  • Preferably experienced in working with supporting organisations such as pre-sales and professional services.
  • Ambitious and competitive mind-set.
  • Evidence of meeting and exceeding Sales targets
  • Able to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Fluent in English.

The Key Account Manager reports to the UKI General Manager.
