The ideal candidate is going to work closely with Marketing, HR, Sales, and should s/he demonstrate a strong passion in Office Management, Secretarial, or Administrative job. Your growth will be carefully measured by some specific skill milestones within the given period of time, that in the end will shape you to be the next valuable assets of Vizrt. Your contribution will be crucial to meet our customer requirements in the best possible manner.


Prepare necessary paperwork for regular company procedures

Schedule meeting and appointments

Check office supply stock and place orders when needed

Arrange marketing materials, paperwork, etc.

Distribute company materials to employees         



  • Thai fresh graduate or not over 2 years experience.
  • Fluency in active English both oral and written. Ability to present TOEFL/IELTS Certificate is preferable.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University in Secretarial Studies, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Understanding of and experience with office administrator, office assistant or relevant roleis considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest and willing to learn broadcast related technology.
  • Communication skills - be a friendly and valuable addition to both the team and the company on a global level.
